Guidelines for Parents/Guardians

Dear Parents/Guardians,

In ensuring the smooth functioning of our school and your child's academic journey, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines:

  1. Valuables and School Property: Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to school, and any damage to school property must be reported promptly. Responsible students will bear repair costs along with a fine.

  2. Timely Commencement of the Term: All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of each term, ensuring a seamless start to the academic sessions.

  3. Health Considerations: Parents are urged not to send sick children to school for tests or classes to maintain a healthy environment.

  4. Restricted Access During School Hours: Parents are kindly requested not to enter classrooms without prior permission from the principal during school hours, respecting the academic atmosphere.

  5. Disciplinary Actions: Students engaged in cheating, theft, misbehavior, or repeated misconduct may face expulsion even during the Final Examination period.

  6. Academic Involvement: Parents play a crucial role in their child's education by ensuring regular homework completion and thorough lesson preparation.

  7. Absence Notification: Parents must inform the class teacher in writing about any student absence. Short leave will be granted only in emergency situations.

  8. Communication Channels: Important messages will be communicated in advance through students or remarks in their diaries. Students bear responsibility for ensuring parents are well-informed and no misinterpretation of rules occurs.

  9. Exclusive Parental Involvement: Only parents are authorized to address matters related to students, emphasizing a direct and responsible channel of communication with the school.

  10. Mandatory Parental Meetings: Parents are obligated to attend meetings with school authorities when advised to do so. The ward of parents who consistently avoid these meetings may not be permitted to attend classes, emphasizing the importance of active parental involvement in the educational process.

Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is invaluable in fostering a positive and conducive learning environment for all students.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
